Two ways a game changes hands
Sellers choose one when they list. Buyers see it on every listing before they offer.

Only the experience moves. The buyer picks a Roblox group they own; the seller moves the game into it. The seller keeps their own group and everything else in it.

Rules worth knowing
Whole transfers onlyFull ownership of an experience or a group. No shares, fractions or revenue-share deals.
Owner changes = listing pausedIf the owner on Roblox stops matching the seller, the listing is suspended and open orders are refunded.
Listings lock once boughtA seller can remove a listing any time, unless someone has already paid for it.
Offers carry strikesNot paying an accepted offer in time earns a strike. 3 strikes in 30 days pause your offers for 7 days.
Withdraw group funds firstRobux left in a group belong to whoever owns it after a group transfer.

How does buying a Roblox game here work?
You pay into escrow. The seller transfers the game or group to the Roblox account you linked, our checker sees the new owner on Roblox, then a short protection period runs before the seller is paid.
Is my payment protected?
Yes. The seller cannot touch it until Roblox shows you as the owner and the protection period has ended. If the transfer never happens within 7 days, you can claim a refund of the listed price.
How are sellers verified?
Sellers link Roblox through Roblox OAuth. We then check, on Roblox, that they own the game (or the group that owns it) before the listing can go live, and keep re-checking while it is listed.
Can I see real stats before buying?
Visits, players, favorites, likes and group members come straight from Roblox’s public data and are tracked daily. Monthly Robux revenue is only shown when it was read from the seller’s Roblox Analytics — sellers cannot type their own numbers.
What are the fees?
Buyers pay a 5% service fee on top of the price; sellers pay 5% from the payout. No listing fees.
